Poor Service Recieving after purchase a New 2020 Truck!!! We recently purchased a new truck from these people which went fine until We went to pick it up and then that's when it all went Very Very bad, We wer We recently purchased a new truck from these people which went fine until We went to pick it up and then that's when it all went Very Very bad, We were called the first time to pick up the truck but they had not installed the factory running boards, rain guards, factory plow package, up fitter's switch's, wash / detailing and finish the registration to be able to even drive it, The second time they had not finished washing / Detailing, rain guards, up fitter's switch's, and registration, By now I am questioning why are they even calling me and not impressed with there communication or there ability to finish what they started and promised, Third time I had to wait for them to finish the registration and now I am being told that the factory up fitters switch's that are sitting in the back seat are supposed to be installed yourself!? xxx!!! After a few days of calling GM directly and other Chevy dealerships that they were PAID to install them as part of the package, We had many phone calls to the service manager and sales manager during the research to finally get them to install what was already supposed to be installed to begin with!!!!! I do not recommend buying anything or doing any service with these people EVER!!!! More
