So far, 2021 has been a trying time for the pre-owned car industry. As a buyer, I was having a hard time finding the right car for me. Then, I saw that Mike Murphy Ford in Morton, Illinois had a relatively l industry. As a buyer, I was having a hard time finding the right car for me. Then, I saw that Mike Murphy Ford in Morton, Illinois had a relatively large number of quality vehicles on sale for a fair price. We had not dealt with this dealership in the past and didn't know what to expect, but I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Dan McGrail helped us find the exact vehicle for which we were looking, and importantly helped us get that vehicle while staying within our budget. Additionally, Dan followed up on all questions and requests that we had, including taking care of a few minor fixes on the car at no expense to us. Mike Murphy even stopped in Dan's office a couple of times just to personally ask if everything was going okay and to express that our satisfaction was very important to him. Overall, Dan and his associates at Mike Murphy Ford made purchasing a pre-owned vehicle fairly painless, despite the woes of the market as our nation recovers. I highly recommend that you give Dan a call, as I'm sure that he will go to bat for you the same way that he did for us. More
