Always Always Always buy at Mike Murphy Ford!!!! This has been my first purchase from Mike Murphy and I promise it will not be my last!!! I called ahead and was blessed enough to get Dan McGrail. I had been dealing with another local dealer ( that I had purchased my last 5 vehicles from) and had an offer from them. I walked in and met Dan. He had the cars I asked about ready and we were on our way with-in seconds for a test drive. When we got back there was no pushing me into making a decision. Before we were done I purchased Three vehicles from him at the same time and he is looking for the forth now. To show how Great a person Mike Murphy is I got to watch him go to every customer and shake hands and offer to get them a drink etc. I have met other owners before but never had them be so humble and willing to serve you. Fast and easy I was impressed that the whole process was quick and easy. Dan is great and made me feel comfortable during my visits. I was also impressed that Mike Murphy was out and about talking and being friendly, making sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. Dan had them clean my car, but I think it got lost in translation in the service area (I have to deep clean the inside myself, floors and console have crumbs, etc..) Like I said though, I think it was just looked over, so that's why I gave a 3 out of 5 on quality of work (meaning whomever was responsible to clean the inside). Aside from that, everything was great. More
