THIS WAS NOT IS NOT OUR INTENTION TO KEEP A CUSTOMER HERE FOR LONG TIME, HOWEVER WHEN WE ARE WATING ON THE BANK TO MAKE A DECISION WE HAVE NO CHOICES. Hi Izanibis, The check engine light visit was back on 5/18/24. Vehicle is outside of the warranty period, so regardless of what is going on with the vehicle, it would need to be diagnosed. That was actually explained by a different Rep (Aaron Dube). As far as the price difference from your oil change visit on 6/8/24, we gave you the heads up that brakes were getting low, and would need to be addressed at some point in the future. Parts and labor would bring that repair to $550, but like our associate (Peter Crisotomi) mentioned to you, we do carry coupons on our website (Wildcard & Brake Special) which would help bring the cost down slightly. We alert all our customers to our coupons. We would love to keep assisting you with all your future needs, but if you feel like you are being done a disservice then maybe it would be best to return to where the vehicle was purchased from.
