This car buying experience was a very long, drawn out, frustrating situation that didn’t need to be. I had to interact with the repair shop with courtesy and they were unbelievably amazing. THIS WAS NOT IS NOT OUR INTENTION TO KEEP A CUSTOMER HERE FOR LONG TIME, HOWEVER WHEN WE ARE WATING ON THE BANK TO MAKE A DECISION WE HAVE NO CHOICES. UNFORTUNATELEY IF IT IS A CREDIT CHALLENGE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE TURNING TIME. AGAIN I AM SORRY FOR THIS TIME AND HOPING NEXT TIME IT WILL BE QUICKER.
