If I didn’t have the plan that included oil changes and tire rotations on my car, I would never go to this service center. While everyone is friendly, I’m not sure the technicians know what they are doing. tire rotations on my car, I would never go to this service center. While everyone is friendly, I’m not sure the technicians know what they are doing. The last 4 or 5 times I have brought my car in without fail a week later, another issues has popped up (like check engine light). Once I brought my car in for a sensor issue and they told me it was a wheel bearing. I said ok and had that fixed then sure enough was back in the next day with the sensor issue which had not been fixed. I was told something about how they must have installed a faulty sensor but pretty sure the work was just not done the first time. I really just cannot honestly recommend this service center. The latest time I brought my car in a week after an oil change and 2 weeks later wanting again for an oil leak. I was told that it was a worn gasket but car was driveavle, and I booked service as soon as was available (2 days later). When I brought it in 2 days later I was told they couldn’t fix it because now my check engine light was on and that my transmission was totally shot. The quote I was given was outrageous not that I’m going to fix the transmission on an 11yr old car anyway but 13k! Wild. The best can say is they are always polite but I have serious concerns about the quality of the work they are doing. Serious concerns. More
