Both Dan and Brent were great to work with and made the buying process super easy. Dan was not pushy and made me feel comfortable with leaving to think about my decision before pulling the trigger. First Service - 2019 CX-5 I was underwhelmed. My first visit, I though it was a lost opportunity when staff really didn’t do anything to impress me with outstanding service. I was underwhelmed. Being my first time there, I just got directed upstairs to wait. When I got my paperwork, it would have been great for the service advisor to review it with me rather than just hand it to me to review myself. It shows thoroughness and interest in me as a future customer. More
