North Penn Mazda was not only friendly, but they also went above and beyond my expectations when introducing me to new car make. I submitted an online inquiry for a used Toyota Highlander and Dan responded. He was very professional, friendly, and not pushy at all as I did an initial test drive and sent several subsequent re Highlander and Dan responded. The dealership gave me a very favorable trade-in allowance on my car, and the Toyota was in excellent condition for a 2002. To close the deal, Dan offered a slightly better price and agreed to have some touch-up painting done on the vehicle. Jason did the closing on my paperwork and was very courteous and helpful. Buying a used car can be a big hassle, and Dan/Jason made it very easy. I hope I won't need another vehicle anytime soon, but if I do, I will check with Dan for either a new or used vehicle. More

I recently leased a 2013 Mazda from NorthPenn Mazda and could not be happier with my experience. Previously I want to Faulkner Mazda to see their offers. The employees at Faulkner were only interested in making a sale. At NorthPenn I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of, especially being a first time leaser. Tony Hamilton was quick to respond to my emails and any questions I had regarding the price, and worked to get the numbers I was interested in. Dan Oestreich, Ray Manto, and Jason Hartman took great care of me once I was in the dealership. They explained everything thoroughly, taking into consideration it was my first time. They were patient with my questions and really tried to get me the best deal. I left the dealership with a 2013 Mazda 3 Sport yesterday, and received a call from Ray today stating they were still working to get me a lower monthly payment. My expereince was aboslutely wonderful! I would recommend anyone to NorthPenn Mazda! Thank you for your help! I will definitely be back for more! More

Overall, we were extremely pleased with the everyone who helped us at North Penn Mazda - we would highly recommend North Penn Mazda and will likely be back a 3rd time to purchase/lease a new car. Dan, was an amazing salesmen. We came to mazda to look at a vehicle (small SUV) for our parents. He was the only person in several dealeships in the area that had came out to greet us. We had gone to acura a vehicle (small SUV) for our parents. He was the only person in several dealeships in the area that had came out to greet us. We had gone to acura and the salesman was very rude. Also we had gone to nissan and no one ever came out to even say hello. We are so glad to have gone to mazda of north penn. The Salesman Dan had provided us with an amazing customer service and was very professional. He took the time and effort to explain all the details of the CX-5. He also walked us over to all the CX-5 inventory they had in stock. It was great to see that there are genius salemen these days. Also the added bonus was that he gave us a great deal. We did not have to haggle much for what we wanted. It came to an agreement that day and picked up the car the following day. We also asked for transport for our parents to pick up the vehicle, because we did not live in the area. Dan went above and beyond to help schedule a shuttle to transport our parents to the dealship the next day to pick up the vehicle. I'm so glad to have went to Mazda. Thanks again for everything!!! More

Walked into North Penn Mazda to get my Mazda 3 hatchback serviced. The part was under warrenty and was told it would be about an hour so I said no problem and figured I would look at the cars in the showro serviced. The part was under warrenty and was told it would be about an hour so I said no problem and figured I would look at the cars in the showroom. That's when I saw Dan Oestreich and figured I would go over and say hi since Dan was the guy who sold me the 3. We got to talking about how I loved the 3 but with 3 girls the car had just gotten small. We spoke about some things like room, price, and gas mileage. The numbers he talked about on larger cars were in the ballpark concidering I was only 24 months into a 42 month lease. So We took the Mazda 5 and the 6 for a ride. I liked the 5 but felt like it was more of an All Wheel step up from my 3. Not a bad thing but nothing that made me excited to try and get out of my lease. Then we took the 6 GT for a ride. Man was that fun. Really didn't expect to go in the dealership and get excited about a car!!! Dan even let me drive it over to my wife's work to see what she thought. Bottom line, Dan helped me get out of my lease and into that beautiful 2014 Mazda 6. Had to roll a little money over but kept the payments on a new lease in my range. Not to mention, because of the safety features my insurance actually went down. So that along with the mileage actually means I will be saving monthly eventhough my payment on the car went up a little bit. Glad I went over to talk to Dan. I think because he was just "real" with me and not agressive, it helped the deal get done. Though honestly I just went in to get something fixed! So if you have a question about your lease or are looking for something fun to drive but are not sure... go over and talk to Dan and North Penn Mazda. You never know! Thanks again Dan! More

In recognizing my needs Dan embodied all the characteristics of what an informed car buyer requires. It's easy to become informed today, and by the time a buyer shows up at a dealer, the sales effort should be perfunctory. Prior to buying the car I had shopped at two other dealerships, evaluating a Honda CR-V in addition to the Mazda CX-5 that I decided upon, and walked out of both of them due to general incompetence. Both of them had excellent service departments but their sales departments were abysmal. If dealers want to be successful in selling new cars they should take a lesson from Dan Oestrich. More
