My Mazda lease was nearing it's end, so we stopped by North Penn Mazda just to see what our options were. We did not expect to have the great experience that we did, and we certainly did not expect to l North Penn Mazda just to see what our options were. We did not expect to have the great experience that we did, and we certainly did not expect to leave with a new car on that day. I've been to many dealerships over the years, but nothing like this one. My salesman Dan Oestreich was so friendly and helpful. He did not talk at us like most car salesman do and he did not make any promises that he did not keep. He actually listened to our concerns about monthly payments that we could afford if we leased another vehicle vs buy out our existing one. It was the easiest dealer we have ever had the pleasure to work with, we were in and out within 1-1/2hrs. My husband and I are planning on making another visit this month and hopefully walk out with another vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car and I will send them right to Dan Oestreich to make that happen. More

I recently purchased my 2014 cx5 on 3/15/13. I love my mazda but more importantly I was so relieved to not have been annoyed with phone calls, e-mails or pressure that usually happens when purchasing vehi mazda but more importantly I was so relieved to not have been annoyed with phone calls, e-mails or pressure that usually happens when purchasing vehicles. I went to your dealer ship on the previous Saturday.of purchase Dan O greeted me with professionalism without being pushy. I told him I had interest in another name brand SUV. He didn't telll me the reasons to not purchase the other vehicle but rather points on the mazda that was important to me , he also didn't haggle the price and offered fair value for my trade in. I told Dan he gave me much to think about, he offered his business card and told me to call if I had any questions. All that week I had annoying calls, mail and offers to put me in a vehicle I wasn't interested in FROM THE OTHER DEALERSHIP! .After my experience with Dan my mind was made up. Dan was wonderful. We talked online, agreed on a price and the price was honored at the dealership with no games. When I declined add-ons he was not pushy at all. He was honest and easy to work with. The last vehicle that I purohased was a mazda. I went to this dealership, and found them extremely friendly, but they did not have the one I wanted and I wasn't willing to wait. However, they left me with this dealership, and found them extremely friendly, but they did not have the one I wanted and I wasn't willing to wait. However, they left me with such a positive impression (compared to over 10 dealerships in the area) that when it was time to purchase my next car, I thought of them first. The timing worked out that they had the car that I wanted when I was ready to buy it. When I went in, there were no games, no hidden tricks, no long diatribes about this or that. Just listed to what I wanted and got it together. They were creative in some of my peculuar wishes (got my other vehicle detailed as a throw in, etc.) and gave me a more than fair price. I am particularly pleased with Dan Oestreich! Go get that guy if you need a vehicle at this site. Thanks guys! More

I'm now up to my 4th purchase from Dan and the the 6th Mazda I've owned. Wife got sick of me having a new car and she wanted one. As usual, Dan obliged. Dan spent an entire day emailing with us to make sure we got what we wanted. The finance paperwork went great too. More smoothly than last time. It only took a few minutes with no sales pitch on available extras. More

First, I love the car. From my first visit to the lot, the dealer and salesperson were definately no pressure, while still being attentive. He answered my questions, then simply offered an invitation to test drive, again with no pressure. The finance guy was the same way, he made the offers quickly and throughly, with no sales pitch. Did I mention, I love the car? More
