My wife and I had a great experience over the weekend at NP Mazda. Prior to July 8th I had been a long time Toyota customer (over 35 years using the same dealership for cars and service). A couple of our friends had recently had very good experiences here so we decided to take a look. When we got to the lot, we were promptly met by Dan Oestreich and told him we were just looking and it was our first time here. He was extremely helpful in explaining what they had that was in our price range and even explained the differences between Mazda's and Toyota's.. Dan basically went above and beyond in helping us and answering all of our questions (without any pressure to buy). We originally took a CX30 for a test drive and after a short conversation decided to buy the SUV. About half way through the paperwork.. a CX5 that was in the showroom caught our eye.. when I ask would it be possible to change our mind and switch to the CX5.. it wasn't an issue... and the deal went through without a hitch. If more dealerships ran their business like NP Mazda does, there would never be a need for ratings web sites. They proved an old saying to be correct.. "if you don't take care of your customers someone else will". Thank you for a great experience and you can count on us sending customers your way. More
