We had gone to a few different dealerships; spoke with a handful of sales associates with no luck. Finally, we came across Long McArthur Dealership which was about a 45 min drive from where we lived and decided to go since the truck we needed and wanted met all of our qualifications. Driving there I was preparing to be overcome with stress, hassling, and for sure a headache along with my purchase—but I was so wrong! As soon as we arrived we noticed our truck was pulled up to the front lot with a sign that read, “Reserved for Logan”. Shortly after we were warmly greeted by a gentleman who was very kind and directed us to Dan Penner. Dan Penner was absolutely amazing, he never pressured us to hurry up and buy like most dealers do, he answered all of our questions with a genuine response and made our car buying experience extremely easy and exceptional. Once it was all said and done, I wondered if this was in fact real. I was so amazed how smoothly this process had gone. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase, experience and superb service provided by everyone at Long McArthur. Thank you once again for a unique experience and the delicious cookies! More

Amazing Sales Experience! Dan Penner is an amazing salesman. My husband insisted on me trying out the Lincoln MKC even though I wanted to wait a year. He called Dan on the ph Dan Penner is an amazing salesman. My husband insisted on me trying out the Lincoln MKC even though I wanted to wait a year. He called Dan on the phone, made arrangements to try out the auto, we went in and was given it overnight to drive because the weather was not favorable for a good test drive, We returned to make negotiations. He worked with us on getting close to what we wanted to pay for the auto and next we knew we were purchasing it. The 2nd best part was the ease and short time in getting the paperwork done. We always felt we were first in his attention even though some other staff was popping in with other issues. During the time of waiting while he worked with finance people on our deal Blake Cormack stepped in for a short visit and told us "how we will love our new Lincoln". The BEST part was when I returned to pick up the auto, Dan personally went entirely through the auto and all the "bells & whistles" with me on how to use it. There is nothing more frustrating that to purchase something and be told "look in your manual" and it will show you how. It was such a pleasure to make the purchase so easy and fast. More

Less stressed I was not looking forward to going to look at cars, but it turned out to be a GREAT Day! Cole came to help me after I spoke with Dan & things went we I was not looking forward to going to look at cars, but it turned out to be a GREAT Day! Cole came to help me after I spoke with Dan & things went well. I enjoyed the test drive in the Ford Focus Hatchback. I had already test drove other cars in that class but I wanted to test a Ford. Needless to say it was a Great Day & I drive home in my new Ford. I gave Cole a list of wants & I ended up with the Sporty Car. I can not say enough about my experience that day & after I left.
