I got a call an hour later from Eric who was looking forward to helping me get in to my new Maverick. Although my wife and I were a little late, Eric was accommodating and was waiting to welcome us when we walked through the door! It was an easy sell, I already knew exactly what I wanted, so Eric didn't waste any time helping me get exactly that. Everything about the experience was warm and receptive.
