It was pleasant until the very end at signing, the financial manager was very pushy and wouldn't let me sign the paperwork with the warranty I chose. I felt like I wasn't allowed to sign the agreement until I agreed to the exorbitant monthly increase in my loan payments to get the extended warranty for my vehicle. More
