That was quite the opposite of my experience at Bonneville and sons. Gary Crane was always kind, informative and never pushy. He made me feel comfortable and happy with my decision. Immediately we were drawn to Bonneville and Son of Manchester, NH because of their professionalism answering our inquiries in finding a Renegade with a Manual transmission. Once there we experienced a relaxed but professional family friendly environment. We had even brought our children, 6 and 12, to be a part of the buying and picking out experience. Todd was very attentive in listening to what our wants and needs were, and very knowledgable about Jeep. Everything was a quick and smooth process, through test-driving to now having a brand new Jeep Renegade Sport 4x4 Manual parking in our driveway today! More

Good new purchase dealership experience Gary understood what vehicle I wanted to purchase and made no attempt to steer me away from what I was looking for. There were many attempts to get m Gary understood what vehicle I wanted to purchase and made no attempt to steer me away from what I was looking for. There were many attempts to get me to put a deposit down to "hold" the vehicle before I had finalized price negotiations, but I was in no rush to make the purchase, and understood someone else could purchase it over the days I was negotiating to make a decision. Gary offered to do a "locate" to get a similar vehicle from another dealer, if this vehicle got sold or was not exactly what I was looking for. Although this was a kind offer, it was not something I was comfortable with doing since it required a deposit.. Every visit where price negotiations resumed, we were able to start off where we left off, which was very pleasant - I have had other dealerships conveniently "lose" the negotiation paperwork and try to start over from the beginning. Although scotchguard and extended warranty options were recommended and discussed when filling out the sales agreement, I was able to refuse these add-ons without being pressured. All of the staff I talked with to make the purchase were friendly and appeared to conduct honest and ethical business conduct. I would recommend this dealer to anyone considering a dodge / ram / jeep and would choose to do business with Gary again in the future. More

We weren't actually intending buying for a few months, but went in to learn more about the options available for when we were ready. The information provided was thorough and honest, and at no time was there even a hint of them pushing a sale which was refreshing. We inquired about options to take the perfect vehicle sooner rather than later. For his part, Dan was wonderful to deal with in sorting the right lease to meet our budget with everything provided efficiently and effectively. Thank you Rick and Dan! More
