Great Experience the First Time around This was my first experience with Bonneville. I did my homework on the vehicle I was looking for and had visited a couple of other local dealerships This was my first experience with Bonneville. I did my homework on the vehicle I was looking for and had visited a couple of other local dealerships that didn't want to give me the time of day. Then I stepped into Bonneville and I was greeted by Rick Goulette. I didn't have time to make a deal that evening although I did tell Rick what I was looking for and I made an appointment to meet Rick a couple days later. Upon my return I met with Rick and he had located the exact vehicle I was looking for. I told him the price range I was looking to spend on the vehicle and within a minute he came back with the Bonneville price and I immediately agreed to the sale. In less then 24 hours Rick went to the other dealership, picked up the vehicle, had it prepped and ready the following day. This was the least painful vehicle purchase that I have ever made. I didn't have to haggle with the price because the first price they came out with hit the mark. Bonneville came through, I'm excited about my new vehicle and look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

This came straight out of left field, i had very little nest egg to fall back on. Luckily for me Rick over here at Bonneville and Son didn't just see some kid with no prior purchasing history, no cosigner, only $1,000 cash, and a "Fair" credit score. Rick treated me like today was the day i will drive home in a new car. From the moment i walked into Bonneville and Son, there was never any doubt thrust on me; they were here to help me drive home in a new car and that was that. And i can not appreciate that enough. So here i sit, embarrassingly excited that I've finally managed to finance my first car that wasn't just some junk off craigslist. And profoundly happy to tell anyone reading this: take that chance, it could just work out for you. More

Making an accident easier My car was totalled and I called Bonneville among other dealers to start looking for a car. My salesman's name was Matt and he was extremely helpful My car was totalled and I called Bonneville among other dealers to start looking for a car. My salesman's name was Matt and he was extremely helpful at a time that I had no plans to look for a car other than the fact that my car was totalled in an accident. I told him what my price range was and that I would need to wait for the insurance check. Salesman at other dealers were pressuring me to come in and I did and drove several cars. One dealer demanded I pay for the car through financing then "pay myself back" when the check came in to get the deal he was offering or it was off the table. Matt was the only salesman who didn't call immediately pushing what he wanted to sell me but rather with a car that was in my price range, had the things I wanted and worked with me to pay for the car in the way I wanted to. It wasn't even a car I necessarily would have considered but I am extremely happy with the purchase. Great experience! More
