Absolutely incredible team at Wow Wallingford Toyota. The first person to greet us with a great energy was Joe Carroll. The dealership was absolutely disloyal to a me as a customer. I placed a deposit on a car and waited over a month for it. I received a call on Monday saying the vehicle has arrived. I originally schedu customer. I placed a deposit on a car and waited over a month for it. I received a call on Monday saying the vehicle has arrived. I originally scheduled a pickup for Saturday but later rescheduled it to Monday, which my salesperson agreed to. While I was on my way to the dealership on Monday, I received a call saying the vehicle had been sold on Saturday because I did not show up. The manager, Dan, approved the sale even though he knew there was a deposit on the car. This dealership is unethical. They knowingly sold a car that already had a deposit on it and then told me they do not hold vehicles in their inventory for a week. Monday would be the 7th day I received the call telling me the car is ready, which I was on my way to the dealership. I would never purchase or recommend this dealership to anyone More
