I’m hoping we got a good car. The salesman Rocco and Angel were professional and helpful. Two complaints mats were not in the car upon pickup. Angel did get mats but the drivers mat is not for a Camry. And only given one key. A second key should always be made available. It doesn’t have to be remote just another key to start the car. More

Our salesman Angel Manzueta was courteous, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. There were no blanks to fill in as he had all of our questions covered. The same can be said for the financing department, Dan Roberts took the time to shop around and get us the best rates on the market. Every line item and document was fully explained. Should you run into to problems later down the road, the maintenance manager Lorraine Baker will do everything she can to ensure you love your purchase for years to come. I cannot thank the staff at WOW enough for how helpful they have been over the years and whole heartedly look forward to all future purchases with them.
