I went to trade in my Highlander for a Sienna. We needed more room. I went to another dealer closer to my home (where I bought the Highlander 4 years ago) but we were not reaching the agreed price We needed more room. I went to another dealer closer to my home (where I bought the Highlander 4 years ago) but we were not reaching the agreed price and they didn’t even have the color I wanted…When I saw that Toyota of Wallingford had the exact trim and color sienna my wife and I wanted. So I drove an hour to take a look. The receptionist hooked me up with Mark and I was glad she did. I am almost 50 years old and this was the 10th car I’ve bought since I was driving. It was the best experience out of all of the cars I’ve bought. Mark worked with me to meet me on an agreed price.. when we came back the next day it was a holiday weekend. My insurance company was closed! However, mark kept dialing numbers until he got someone to answer and switch our insurance from our Highlander to our new Sienna, so we could drive it home that day and not wait until after the holiday weekend. The whole experience with Mark and Toyota of Wallingford was incredible. I only buy Toyotas so I will be returning to Toyota of Wallingford and looking for Mark when the time comes to replace our older car. More

First impression - no real parking space when one pull in the dealership especially in front of sales office. Once parked and start waking towards the building, there are sales rep standing outside to greet the dealership especially in front of sales office. They have two transformers, play zone for little ones and arcade for all. Waiting area is very nice. Sales Experience - Sales rep was nice, professional and polite. Took time knowing what we want. Didn't take long to go for a test drive. Purchase experience - Sales and Finance team took time to understand our requirement. Presented different options and more on our request. Which enable us to make our final decision. More
