We regret hearing your dissatisfaction of the 2015 IS 250 Certified vehicle you purchased on May 21, 2021. A 2015 certified vehicle has certain requirements but is allowed to have normal wear and tear cosmetic blemishes. You had the opportunity to fully inspect the vehicle at time of delivery. Dan reached out to you the day after and did not hear anything from you until 3 weeks after your purchase. Dan prides himself on his reputation along with Woodfield Lexus. Unfortunately, a survey blemish does take away from Dan's income and that of the dealership and was never given the opportunity to do what he could to address your dissatisfaction. We do care about our customers and were willing to address your issues and make it right. We are all trying to earn a living and do our best to be fair to make our customers happy. Unfortunately, a bad survey cannot be reversed. Again, we regret hearing your dissatisfaction and do hope you are enjoying your vehicle.

So before you where willing to help me but after a honest survey you decided to become hostile against me and all professionalism went out the window. You say I submitted a bad survey, your implying that telling the truth is bad? Also if you truly cared about your customers you would still do your best to satisfy the customer. I didn’t know a a honest review would impact you the way it did but seeing the response afterwards displays the type of business that is being conducted at your location.
