My 16 yr son was looking to buy a slightly used car and we stopped at this dealership after finding a vehicle (Nissan Rouge) he was looking for on Car Gurur. Dan greeted us at the door and was very helpful and not at all pushy. He offered us a fair and below market price for our vehicle purchase with no haggling. There were a few minor things we wanted to be addressed on the vehicle and he took care of it in a reasonable time, with no additional charge. He was attentive through the whole car buying process as we were looking at different vehicles at different dealerships during our decision-making process and made himself available when needed to answer questions, with no pressure. Although he was working with a few customers at one time, he made you feel important and took the time necessary to address all the questions. He seemed to be fair, honest and a straight shooter, which is difficult to find in dealerships. I would definitely recommend Dan Rosen for your next car purchase. More

In both instances, I also contacted Naperville Lexus and both times, they did not have the car I wanted and offered no help in locating one. When I contacted Woodfield Lexus (via online in both cases), the response was almost instantaneous! This last time I was looking for an RX350 with specific colors and features -- Ron (online) provided me the quote late Sunday night. Dan Rosen contacted me Monday morning to follow up. I stopped by late Monday morning to test drive the exact car I wanted and by end of day I had a deposit down and picked up the car on Friday. Dan was excellent to work with - listened to my needs, offered suggestions and saw to it the entire experience exceeded my expectations! Yasmine in Finance was a delight to work with as well and I've already completed my first trip back to apply the protection film -- Dave T in Service was great!
