We were greeted at the front desk by a great receptionist who put us in touch with Dan Rosen in the sales department. He showed us the model we were interested and awnsered any questions we had. We were not hurried or pressured in any way. After talking to Dan we knew we were in the right place. He made us feel so good we ordered the car. We are kept posted as to when our new car would arrive and be ready for pickup. At delivery Woodfield Lexus has a specialist, Derek who showed us how all the controls worked helped sic our cell phones and invited us back anytime if we had any questions.
