Jasmine gave me a fair price on my extended warranty and didn't try to sell me things I did not need. Derek did an amazing job, patiently explaining all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. The dealership sent me home with a full tank of gas and a smile on my face. I would definitely purchase a car from here again! More

I pulled in the lot browsing and was greeted by Dan who was very easy going, pleasant, easy to talk to, very patient and knowledgeable about anything pertaining to Lexus and their vehicles. The dealership is very clean and nice with plenty of vehicles and refreshments. Dan is always very accommodating with a very sweet disposition. I loved buying my car from him. I feel god sent me the right person to make my buying experience a very pleasant one. Dan walked me thru every thing. I went my myself and made the purchase and I didn't feel rushed or overcharged. I love the car. I bought a 2014 Lexus ES 350 and after a few weeks I noticed and it had an interesting scent inside. I have asthma and a very sensitive nose and I felt like I was suffocating. I expressed my concerns to Dan an he me and awesome solution which fixed the problem. I felt like I had a brand new car for the second time. I'm a First Lexus owner and definitely now a forever Lexus owner. Thank you Dan Rosen and Lexus of Wood field for always trying to rectify my issues with solutions that work while displaying excellent professionalism and customer service. I love you guys!!. More

Great experience We were at the dealership day after thanksgiving to look at 2016 RX 350 but the particular vehicle got sold an hour before we reached the dealership. Dan Rosen showed us inventory of 2017 models and arranged test drive for us. We picked the color and features we wanted and after the test drive just when we were walking back to the dealership wife so a different color that she liked. We told Dan if it was okay to look at that color and change our mind. He was very helpful and ultimately my wife got the color she wanted and she is very happy. Dan was really good to work with. More
