Per your policy we pay for the part and then you order it and will call us when it is in. We had to call you on all 3 parts over a week after the part should have been. My mom who was paying to have the work done is buying a new car. After how the parts/service departments failed to follow up on every appointment she is refusing to Kia which was in the top 2.
