I will not be returning nor e er getting . y truck fixed there. First the techs said there was nothing wrong that that's how trucks drive. I took the tech for a ride and insisted he put it up i y truck fixed there. First the techs said there was nothing wrong that that's how trucks drive. I took the tech for a ride and insisted he put it up in the air and inspect then they found something. Then blamed it on the other GMC dealership basically sabotaging it to get the repair bill. Then when I was leaving the guy at the front of the service depot entrance insulted me by saying don't you see that big door right there while shaking his head. There were several unhappy customers in the service area and I regret even buying a vehicle from this dealership. More

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. Otherwise always great service from the department. More

I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change they never said they were short handed or very busy. All thy did was let me sit and wonder till at 3:00 I went to check and saw my car on the rack with nobody a said they were short handed or very busy. All thy did was let me sit and wonder till at 3:00 I went to check and saw my car on the rack with nobody around. They didn't even start on it yet. When I asked Jason what was going on thats when he said they were busy and short handed.I asked why I wasn't told sooner his response was well those things happen. His answer was rude and unapologetic. After almost 3 hours waiting for a 20 minute oil change Ben who I booked the appoinment with brought me the paper work and apologized. He was at lunch when I came in and didn't know what was going on. Never a word from Jason. More

The service advisor Ben Vitullo is very unprofessional. He called me a liar 5 times because he didn’t like my previous review. On my first visit I had 4 concerns. 1 they ordered parts for per a service bul He called me a liar 5 times because he didn’t like my previous review. On my first visit I had 4 concerns. 1 they ordered parts for per a service bulletin. 1 they claimed was caused by a rodent which I disagree & overcharged me for a terrible repair job. I will have to have this job redone because the mechanic routed the wiring to where it is rubbing on metal cross member, probably what caused the short in the first place. The other 2 concerns the mechanic blew off & I had to repair them myself. On the 2nd visit a different mechanic installed the part & corrected the concern. I’ve been purchasing new GM vehicles for 30 years & been to multiple dealerships and never been treated like this visit. I don’t think I will visit this dealership again. I’ve never posted a negative review for any place of business before. The only reason I came back for this visit is because they ordered parts on the first visit. More

I’d like the service because they be fair with you. They get down to business tell you what’s going on with your car they fix your car they do it fast. They really respectful.
