Great experience...very fast and low pressure. Great experience. Dan was easy going and efficient. I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I went in the next day and the vehicle was ready on time Great experience. Dan was easy going and efficient. I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I went in the next day and the vehicle was ready on time. I was in and out of there in 90 minutes with finance and closing documents completed. Just in for a service call (oil change etc.) Not particular Just in for an oil change, I bought my car there new (as with the previous one) and have had them serviced there also. Well done Had my vehicle in for a protection package installed. The service gentleman who took care of me was very polite and knowledgeable. Was given a loner Had my vehicle in for a protection package installed. The service gentleman who took care of me was very polite and knowledgeable. Was given a loner car which was appreciated, although it sat in my garage until my vehicle was finished. But none the less had it if I needed it. God a great deal on the price for the whole package which made me very happy. Have had nothing but good all around with my experience with Palmen so far with my new vehicle. More
