A pleasant, no pressure experience! Purchasing my RAV4 was pretty much effortless. On my initial visit, I was able to test drive the model I was interested in, learn more about the feat Purchasing my RAV4 was pretty much effortless. On my initial visit, I was able to test drive the model I was interested in, learn more about the features and take time to consider my options, all without feeling any pressure to buy. The dealership was able to easily secure the exact color and model I wanted. On the date of delivery, the vehicle was clean and ready, my salesperson presented the available accessories for my consideration, provided an in-car overview of the vehicle's features, and set up the Toyota Entune app. All paperwork was organized and ready for my signature. I also toured the dealership and scheduled my first service appointment. I felt that my salesperson took all the right steps to ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle before driving off in it. The only thing that could have been handled differently was the Sam's Club Auto Buying program - I never received a Certificate for the exact model I purchased so I don't have a breakdown of the Sam's Club discount, Toyota rebates and dealership discounts. More
