Lena Spagnuolo is the best salesperson, she looks out for every customer like they are a member of her family. She knew exactly the car I wanted, made sure that it fit our budget and she didn't disappoint me. Dan Sexton was very thorough showing me how the new technology works. During our lives we have purchased about a dozen new cars (mostly Fords) but this was our first purchase at Stamford Ford to which we were referred by a friend. Our experience was quite positive. Daniela Subauste, our sales person, was very attentive at each step in the process and quite patient as we test drove several vehicles. Once we selected our car, she facilitated the entire process. On the day we picked up our new Escape, Bob Katz, the finance manager, walked us through all the closing paperwork. He was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The last step prior to driving away was with the technology specialist, Dan Sexton, who patiently walked us through every step in the operation of the car. He even synced both of our iPhones! Overseeing the dealer team was Dominic Franchella who was attentive at each step to ensure a seamless operation and pleasant experience. More
