DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! ! We have been through two drive out tags and now the bronco is sitting without any tag. Nicole Navarro is supposed to be turning in our paperwork but ! Nicole Navarro is supposed to be turning in our paperwork but sat on it for almost two months without reaching out to us. We called repeatedly to find out they needed more paperwork from us. We had to get Elizabeth to stand over her to turn it in finally. And the dmv returned it again because she didn't turn in all the paperwork. The financing manager is now the middle man. We just want our registration and tag... I guess we will have to hire a lawyer to get our tag and registration done. I don't know what else to do. More

They try to do a good service to all their customer but some equality is missing. I have a f350 dully that's impossible to complete the service final mechanical wash at the end of a ford scheduled warranty some equality is missing. They do the wash by hand only if time is accessible, without interfering with their new car sales. I feel left out because I have to take the back seat because I purchased a dully truck that the automatic washer want accept. Elders was very happy to accept my money for the truck, Elders didn't place me at the end of the payment line to accept my payment. I work Monday to Friday, I choces to have my truck service on Saturday so I don't lose work, but Helders tells me that it can not hand wash my truck because they only carers to new vehicle's sales on saturdays So I have to have my service done on a week day. It so sad, they have been payed but now my business don't mean any thing, I'm an old customer that can be serve at the end of the line. My last truck was terrible, wheels not clean, body only was wash. More

After calling numerous times about our temporary tag expiring and no one willing to help. They sent another temp tag, after the vehicle was on expired tag for 2 days.. But that’s not the worst part. Due to the dealership not processing the title work on the deal in a timely manner, the state of Florida sent me a letter stating my drivers license was to be suspended for failure to carry insurance on my vehicle. This was the vehicle that was traded in. And at 35 days it still was not reported to the department of motor vehicle which I confirmed by going there. We continue to call multiple people that were unhelpful and cared to get this process taken care of in a timely manner that the state suspended my license for a vehicle I no longer owned. I personally reached out twice to the general manager left two voicemails and never received a phone call back. And yet to this day I still have not received a phone call back. Now at this point I have taken two days off of work and had to pay to have my license reinstated because the dealership couldn’t do their job. 100% the DMV stated to me this occurred because the dealership failed to do the title work within the 30 days of purchase. So It has now cost me 2 days work of $1108 and reinstatement fee of $54. I purchase a new vehicle about every 2 years. And never have been treated or disregarded this badly. This dealership is what gives the business a bad name. More

First time for an online purchase. It went fairly well, considering my internet went out for 3 days about the time we started with the documents, pictures and other details. Not the easiest thing to attempt over a cellphone with a poor connection. But everyone I dealt with there was very patient, with no pressure. I liked that the available cars were all from new car dealerships, and all owned by the same company that owns the sales platform. And a very large selection with fair pricing, not a lot of back and forth like most dealerships. And they were able to offer financing for an older vehicle with higher mileage than what most auto lenders would accept. The truck I received was as described, no surprises, and the trade-in value they allowed for my truck was fair enough. All in all a good experience, and I will certainly go here first for my next vehicle. More
