This Dealership is truly the dealership of Gimmicks. The customer service is the worst from the dealership manager Dan Sills to the call center. I ordered a F350 XLT 4X4 , in January 2022 and F The customer service is the worst from the dealership manager Dan Sills to the call center. I ordered a F350 XLT 4X4 , in January 2022 and Ford sent me a notice stating the truck had arrived August 22, 2022 at Elder Ford of Tampa. I called the dealership and spoke with John the Internet sales manager, I asked him to please send me the total amount due so I can get my finances for the truck. I was informed that there was no way to give me a total price because they had to add other dealer options . I told John I did not want any other options on the truck. I already added over $11k in options and did not want any more options. John told me that I will get the extra $3k in options or lose the truck. I told him I did not want tinted windows , nitrogen in the tires and other options that I was not interested. I asked to speak to a manager and John said ok, Jeff the manager was going to call me in a hour. The next day I called to talk to a manager and again I was told they will call me back and nobody called back. I than emailed the Dealership manager Dan Sills and he never responded to my email nor to my phone call. I was later contacted by the same John the internet manager and John told me that if I would give them a five start rating they would discount the forced add on. The next day I informed John I wanted to come see the truck and they told me the truck was in service and I was not allowed to see the truck. I finally realized they wanted the truck more than me so; I told them to keep the truck. This truly broke my heart because I waited 8 months for the truck. A dealership with a professional manager should of told me to come and see the truck and I will try to see what we can do to let you see the truck and worst case scenario we would have a chance to meet each other. What I learned was Dan Sills the Dealership manager and all of his managers need to go back to customer serves training. This Dealership was the worst dealership I had ever experienced and I have bought from many dealerships in the past. I am convinced this dealership has paid for its good reviews by giving discount to people to who will give them a good review just like they wanted me to do. The best advice I can give is to stay away from this dealership. My experience is documented by emails correspondence with the dealership. P.S As of today Dan Sills the Dealership manager has never made any attempt to contact me this should tell you everything. More

I purchased a car through a company called driveway that is affiliated withe. Elder Ford. I had a really a totally bad experience and I would never recommend this dealership to anybody the way they handled is affiliated withe. Elder Ford. I was told your purchasing a used vehicle and compared it to shopping at a thrift store. The dealership did not take any responsibility to fix the problem. It needed to be replaced. They did not show great customer service I would not purchase a vehicle there again. More

En general son el peor dealer de todo Estados Unidos apesar de ser una marca americana. Yo tengo dos ford en mi casa pero el servicio técnico con ellos en el dealer es pesimo te roban el dinero con la c apesar de ser una marca americana. Yo tengo dos ford en mi casa pero el servicio técnico con ellos en el dealer es pesimo te roban el dinero con la cara muy dura sin importar las garantias. Las garantías es por gusto porque te vuelven a cobrar las piezas y los precios para reemplazar una parte con ellos es mejor comprar otro carro nuevo. Yo mismo les compre una transmisión que supuestamente era nueva y era rebuild, encima vino dañada y la garantía no me cubría el daño, encima que pago por cambiar la pieza me trajeron la nueva con el mismo daño. Resumiendo mi carro se paso 3 meses y 17 días en el dealer solo por cambiar la transmisión que yo tuve que buscarla en otro dealer en miami porque ellos se tardaban 6 meses. Encima aun estoy esperando 1000 dolares que deberian devolverme por regresar la transmisión dañada. Por eso la toyota tiene mucha más fama en USA no siendo una marca americana. More

Absolutely horrible purchased a lemon and its been in there 2 months out of 3 that ive owned it now its messing up again i call they tell me too go too a different dealership lol then they say they'll gi there 2 months out of 3 that ive owned it now its messing up again i call they tell me too go too a different dealership lol then they say they'll give me a loaner if i change my negative review sorry my reviews are accurate and honesty to help others the way we are suppose to treat people so they dont make the mistake of going there.
