Update: when they found out there was a bad taste in my mouth, several guys went above and beyond to make it right, especially Robo. A couple of hiccups and miscommunications re: financing but they hon mouth, several guys went above and beyond to make it right, especially Robo. They also under promised and over delivered when it came to turnaround time from the train to my driveway. More

Negotiations went well and we left happy. Dealership fixed a bad tint job and now it looks great. Only received one key fob, and that became a huge issue when I accidentally left it in a re Dealership fixed a bad tint job and now it looks great. Only received one key fob, and that became a huge issue when I accidentally left it in a rental car out of state. Mr. Sills, the general manager, answered my complaint and picked up the car, created two new key fobs, and delivered the car back to me. We are definitely going to look at Elder Ford first when we are ready to buy again. Great follow-up customer service! More
