Negotiations went well and we left happy. Dealership fixed a bad tint job and now it looks great. Only received one key fob, and that became a huge issue when I accidentally left it in a re Dealership fixed a bad tint job and now it looks great. Only received one key fob, and that became a huge issue when I accidentally left it in a rental car out of state. Mr. Sills, the general manager, answered my complaint and picked up the car, created two new key fobs, and delivered the car back to me. We are definitely going to look at Elder Ford first when we are ready to buy again. Great follow-up customer service! More

Very positive experience! I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder through Driveway, and my questions were thoroughly answered, the paperwork was processed quickly, and there was I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder through Driveway, and my questions were thoroughly answered, the paperwork was processed quickly, and there was excellent communication from the sales, service and financing department throughout the transaction.
