Terrible disappointment Drop my car off at 8 a.m. in the morning for recall work and for bad mirror switch period was informed by advisor that I was not eligible for a loaner Drop my car off at 8 a.m. in the morning for recall work and for bad mirror switch period was informed by advisor that I was not eligible for a loaner car as it would be less than 4 hours. At 6 p.m. that evening and not hearing from the advisor I called and the advisor told me he car was not ready and he promised to call me back first thing the next morning. The next day came and no phone call. I emailed management at the dealership around 11am, explained situation and SPECIFICALLY asked to be handed over to another advisor as I felt uncomfortable dealing with someone that would lie to me. They didn't heed my wishes and who calls me? The adviser i asked not to have any more dealings with. On top of that, when i went to pick up my car 2 days later the adviser I didn't want to deal with anymore told me that he had paid for an oil change out of his own pocket. Almost like an attempt to make me feel guilty for his blunder and lack of attention to detail. So end result was that I was two days without a car and had no access to a loaner for work that was supposed to take less than 4 hours. No communication from dealer until I initiated it. After all that they could have at least clean and vacuum my car which was not done. Most other car dealers do that for you nowadays More

Not very good management Traded in a car, we left $200 sunglasses in there. Called them 10 minutes later to ask them to make sure no one takes them. I go back the next day after Ali says he has them and apparently they’re now lost. Management promises to contact me but never does. They would always hang up when I tried to call management myself. New vehicle purchase I came in on Saturday just for an oil change and what do you know I walked into the showroom and there it was a brand new 2018 F-150 lariat. I have the best salesman I've had the pleasure of dealing with (Oscar). He has now assisted me in purchasing my 11th vehicle in a 4 year span from Elder Ford.. He is the best. The dealership was extremely busy and all the finance folks were tied up with customers. I then had the pleasure of meeting and finishing up my new deal with Scott Walls. The director of finance. Scott is extremely professional and completed my deal in record time. I am a Ford man for life and Elder Ford is my go to dealer. Thanks again for all your professional service. More

Horrible customer service Bate and switch dealer. Drew a long distance to see a Truck and they said it was sold. And was offered to look at another Truck. Find another ford dealer They have shady sales practices. More
