DON’T USE THEM! It’s gonna be your worst nightmare! Hate to be a buzzkill, but i want to do a PSA for all the fellow truck lovers out there. I was one of those idiots who got excited about the Shelby F1 Hate to be a buzzkill, but i want to do a PSA for all the fellow truck lovers out there. I was one of those idiots who got excited about the Shelby F150. But soon realized that after you’re done saying wow, get ready to say ‘hi AAA, my truck wont drive’. Had mine for 3 weeks and 913miles until the entire transmission took a xxxx, and it sat in maintenance for 2-1/2 months. And once your truck goes into maintenance, be prepared to get handed an ‘engine break in’ agreement, which you’re forced to sign to have the maintenance done; which says you’ll void your warranty if you go over 4,000 rpm during first 2,000 miles. Oh, and you pay over $106,000.00 for fake ceramic brake ‘plastic covers’. Carroll Shelby is rolling over in his grave right now about this embarrassing ‘high performance’ truck. Also he’d fire his own employees for how they handle your ‘customer service’, or complete lack thereof. Be prepared to call Elder Ford, Shelby, and Tuscany, and listen to them all argue about how its not their responsibility. And if you call Shelby directly they wont even speak to you, it’s a total nightmare and embarrassment; except the joke is on you, the customer. Elder Ford has been my worst experience of all. Initially ordered and delivered the wrong truck, then the wrong color, and had to wait 3 months until I finally got it. No 3 weeks after driving it, just issues and lawsuits. Had to file suit with a lemon law specialist, after Elder Ford wont return my calls. Stay away from them!!!! Beware! Well spoken sales rep (Haider Fayez); others were also good. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. Sales mgrs helped get a decent deal done. Finance mgr was efficient & friendly.Martin Koehler kept ever All my questions were answered satisfactorily. Sales mgrs helped get a decent deal done. Finance mgr was efficient & friendly.Martin Koehler kept everything moving forward. Anytime I had to wait it was only briefly. I am still waiting to receive my spare tire/ wheel & owners manual. Great experience buying a new truck From start to finish the staff there made me feel very comfortable. There was no upselling or pressure to add things( features) I did not need. Took there time explaining the different options and incentives programs they offered and how they would help me get the best bang for my buck. Overall and amazing and excellent experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone I know. More

We have been trying to get an SUV and the opportunity to change our car was today. The manager promised us we would be out of there with no down payment due today and a with a brand new SUV! It was too good to be truth but it happened! We are very satisfied with the Manager and the sales agent Mr. Robert Charles Koehler! Now we own a ford explorer 2018 thanks to them! I can't be happier! Thank you again for all your time and patience! 😁 More

Got a new Escape! I paid off my 2014 Fiesta recently. The car was smaller than I’d have liked, but it served its purpose and treated me well, as did Ford, over the time I paid off my 2014 Fiesta recently. The car was smaller than I’d have liked, but it served its purpose and treated me well, as did Ford, over the time I owned it. That being said, I’d wanted to make sure I found a good place to trade it in, but still be able to find a vehicle and salespeople who were reasonable. I didn’t want to go back to a Ford dealership here in St. Pete, but I’d heard good things about Elder Ford and decided to give them a shot. I was really rewarded for this decision! I got a great trade-in value on my Fiesta and the GM, Dan Sills, made sure that I was comfortable throughout the deal and he had me work with some great people (Damian really knew his stuff and went out of his way to help me)! Even the Finance Department, which most people hate at any dealership, went smoother than expected! I never felt at all like I was just a number with the people at Elder Ford and now I have a great Ford Escape! Thank you for the wonderful experience. More

Troubleshooting Trouble Took over two weeks to diagnose the vibration was coming from a turbo charger, then another week to diagnose it was the PTU, a week to get and insta Took over two weeks to diagnose the vibration was coming from a turbo charger, then another week to diagnose it was the PTU, a week to get and install PTU (oops wrong part. order, install, repeat?), well that wasn't it. What's left? (Head scratch) let's replace the rear differential. Nearly a month and a halve later ding, ding, winner winner. Not so fast, what's that hanging down under the car. Back to the service center for two more days. Might as well take them up on the offer for a free oil change and mini detail... Still didn't complete all they promised they'd do. SMH. I feel used... oh and communication is less than ideal. More

sales Dept. was a pleasure to deal with and Service is 100% I found that if you just ask for what you need Elder Ford will go above and beyond to accommodate. this hold true for sales or service department. the I found that if you just ask for what you need Elder Ford will go above and beyond to accommodate. this hold true for sales or service department. the staff was there to serve on every level and once I realized that they cant read my mind and I explained what I was needing they jumped into action and made every effort to exceed my expectations. pretty simple concept really but I guess we take it for granite that Car Dealers some how just know what we want and should do it without us verbalizing it. great people and great communication. My advise to those who read this is to just speak up and let them "work" for you. More
