Jeffre Barrack was the best salesman I have ever seen. He was very respectful and very knowledgeable about the Q3. In my first test drive he explained all the functions of the car so I could easily understan was very respectful and very knowledgeable about the Q3. In my first test drive he explained all the functions of the car so I could easily understand them. And after I purchased it we had another hour training session before I hit the road. Jeffre was also exceptional in completing the required paperwork. This is the only Audi dealership I will go to and Jeffre will be my man to find me the best car. Came in to buy a used Audi and ended up buying a new Q7 Zane and Raphael worked very well together. We came in to buy a demo used Q7, but when we got there it was already sold. Patiently answered my questions and I know he'll be available for any future questions I might have. Sal Schillaci, and Dan Peach before Sal, always responded to my service needs with the A8L all those years. They always gave me a car to use while mine was in repair. Once they gave me a Q3 and I really liked it. I wasn't in the market to buy a new car but that changed quickly when I was rear-ended in my A8L. I loved that car but it was totaled. Fortunately, I was not totaled along with it and needed a new car. All those years of great service just pointed me to go to Audi. Look forward to many more years with Audi. More

Taylor is the man!! Things started off a bit rough after I received what I thought was a very unfair appraisal for my trade in from the finance manager. To save yourself Things started off a bit rough after I received what I thought was a very unfair appraisal for my trade in from the finance manager. To save yourself a bit of hassle and frustration I would recommend getting any trades appraised at Carmax prior to dealing with the management team at this location. After leaving frustrated and getting another opinion on my trade's value I sent Taylor a picture of what I was being offered elsewhere and he went to bat for me and got the management team to raise their price to my satisfaction. Josh also did a great job, he reviewed my pre-approval and realized that he could get me a better rate than my bank, so I went with Audi's lender. I will be recommending my friends and family to Taylor in the future, after I purchased my truck I told him that I've never met a car salesman that I liked, let alone could see myself being friends with. I am very satisfied with how he handled my frustration and worked to earn my business. . More
