Issue with care was set doesn't get hot enough to feel it and lump on left side of seat portion is uncomfortable. Advised nothing can be done about the heat and Toyota has no fix for the set lump and my sea and lump on left side of seat portion is uncomfortable. They provided a loaner car to use while in the shop and it was given to me with dirt and mud on exterior rear of vehicle, inside was filthy with dirt, debris, and dust. No clear trash just dirty. Also, had an odor of cigarette smoke as I don't smoke. After spending more than $50,000 for a new car it is falling short of my expectations. Coming from a GMC loaded truck that heats my seat butt portion as well as my lower back already considering trading this car in and moving back to GMC just over the seat issues.
