"We don't negotiate" Went in and took a look at a car. Liked what we saw. Started negotiating and was met with the priceless quote "we don't negotiate our prices." For a 3 year old used car, they were asking 3K less than a new car from this year would be sold for. They kept saying "You've done your research, right?" To which we said, yes - that's why we know this price is silly, but we can find a middle ground where we both can be happy. After half an hour, they came down 1K - but they were being pretty difficult and it was a bad experience overall. We ended up going elsewhere and getting the same car for the price we wanted and that experience was smooth and clear. More

Stay away!!!! They do not honor their trade in quotes. I spoke with one of their sales people Amy and she quoted me $6k-$8k for my trade. Then when I spoke with her manager Dan, he told me they will only gi spoke with one of their sales people Amy and she quoted me $6k-$8k for my trade.
