My review I had snow tires and 15,000 mile checkup, This was taken care of satisfactory, however would have appreciated having a list of things checked and ho I had snow tires and 15,000 mile checkup, This was taken care of satisfactory, however would have appreciated having a list of things checked and how they were. Told them about car sometimes shuttering when I drive off sometimes, they told me it was my cd player, I know the difference, my drivers windshield wiper sticks occasionally on the delay and it has been happening more frequently and told me to bring it out when it is doing it, which I can't drive with it raining and not using my wiper from Erie to Girard. Other than that, everything was fine. More

Great car, Poor Staff. My family has purchased 3 cars now from this dealer. The first two we loved everything about our experience, however I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge SEL My family has purchased 3 cars now from this dealer. The first two we loved everything about our experience, however I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge SEL Used from this dealer and will never go back. My car is amazing, in perfect condition, runs fantastic and I love everything about it. However when buying, Me and the person I was with both noted that my sales person noticeably smelled like alcohol, When I was talking to him about what I wanted I told him I needed a trailor hitch and that I wouldn't buy the vehicle without it. He tells me that's no problem if the vehicle didnt have one they'd put one on it. We finally find my car and were working out projected numbers to base my payment on. I told him a few times I wanted positive numbers and to run my credit to find out for sure numbers. I was requesting to get my credit ran and he told me 3 times they wont run it even at my request unless I was committing to buy. That instantly made me angry and I was ready to leave when they finally decided to run my credit. Mean while, all this is going on there suppose to be looking at my trade in. It was an older car and did have a couple rust spots on the back wheel well as well as a couple cosmetic imperfections. They never even took my car off the lot. Just told me that my car wasnt really what they hoped and gave me a price based on the look even though it ran perfectly fine. As there running my credit we sit with a nice lady for 45 minutes and then they said were switching everything over too someone else and a nice guy took over because he had some better ideas. We probably waited 2 hours if not more to get a price. I start signing the papers, I ask when my hitch was being put on and my sales guy says oh I'm sorry this price was without a hitch even though I clearly stated multiple times I wouldn't buy without one. I never got a price change until I again threatened to leave. After all this I'm still buying my own hitch and they took 150 off the price which is roughly half a hitch. Then as hes preping my car to leave I ask him what the keyless entry code is. He dosnt have it and it's not in the book. Nor could he figure out how to retrieve it. He tells me to go home and see if I can figure it out and if not xxxx have them plug in the machine to tell me. I cant figure it out, A week later I take it back and he still can figure it out and informs me that I would have to pay to hook that machine up and tell me the code after he promised they'd get me a code. I left and eventually did figure it out but this was by far the most stressful and ridiculous experience I've ever had in my 5 car history buying a car and the people I brought out to get a few opinions on the car all agree. I will never go back to Bob Fernandos and will never recommend them to anyone. More

Great customer service I bought my previous car from you 4 years ago and felt I got a good deal. Sometimes because I'm a woman I feel taken advantage of but not at Bob Ferra I bought my previous car from you 4 years ago and felt I got a good deal. Sometimes because I'm a woman I feel taken advantage of but not at Bob Ferrando, you didn't take advantage of me. I got a car in great shape for a fair price. The staff is friendly (not phony) I was treated with respect. Shawn Haas is top notch! More

Good car buying experience! I've never dealt with this dealership before but have always heard good comments. Now I know why. Bought new car I put money down the week before, and had an overall $5,000.00 down payment. When I called to set up pick up, I was disappointed because it was not ready. I figured it would have been prepped after a week. The paperwork process went smoothly. Taylor was especially helpful and answered all of my questions with expertise. The gentleman who explained the extended warranty options was very patient and knowledgeable. More
