Not enough words to describe this experience I purchased a BMW325i from Bob and Chad. I don't know where to start with this rating. First, I want to say I am a single women who was looking for I purchased a BMW325i from Bob and Chad. I don't know where to start with this rating. First, I want to say I am a single women who was looking for a very specific car to replace my BMW convertible. I did not want to finace but buy the car. After a very bad experience with another dealer, I called Bob. I found myself in a situation where my car was sold, I was in a rental car, and needed to find a car right away. Not a good spot when trying to find a used car. My past experience left me very untrusting and reluctant to deal with anyone until I spoke to Bob. From the minute he picked up the phone, he was understanding, compassionate, extremely laid back,but made it clear, he would do what was necessary to help me. I went to the dealership the following day. Was greeted by three adorable little dogs, Bob, Chad, Doug, and Dana From the minute I walked through the door until the minute I left the dealership, they were all amazing. They immediately acknowledged my hesitation and needs. I went there to look at the car I bought, but was still not sure of my decision. Bob showed me everything he had on the lot which fell into my budget and allowed me to discard any apprehension I had about the Bmw. It is a beautiful car and exactly what I was looking for. My funding was coming from various sources and was not immediately available Bob did everything he could to get me into this car so I could return the rental. When I arrived at the dealership for delivery, I was hyper ventilating because of a issue with the rental car. Chad immediately calmed me down and instructed me how to handle it. I resolved the issue then came back. Bob, Chad and I finalized the deal! While leaving, Bob told me to let him know if there continued to be a problem with the rental, and he would step in and resolve. Truly, the whole experience I had, was unbelievable from the beginning to the end. No pressure to do anything. Everyone answered every question I had and made me feel like I was controlling the purchase. I will recommend this family dealership to everyone I know and simply cannot put into words how happy I am. Thank you to the Rothberg family! More
