I am a college student on a budget and this is a great place for a deal. I told them what I was looking for (Hyundai Santa Fe) and they showed me a few of them and more car which were similar. They had just received a 2004 Ford Escape that same day and showed it to me. 45,000 miles and an awesome price. I took it for a test drive and couldn't have been happier with the performance of the car. I was able to give a down payment and finance through them. I drove off the lot with my escape the very next day. Although I was looking at Santa Fe's, they introduced me to an even better car and a perfect fit for me. Highly recommend!! More

The experiences I had at the other dealerships were horrific (putting it lightly). I found Auto Direct Cars on Google. They had a very impressive website, so my wife and I went to see them. We walked into the sales office, and was greeted by Bob. Bob introduced us to the entire staff. When asked if he could help us we told him the vehicle we were looking for. His only question was "How much did you want to spend?" We told him, he took us outside and showed us about ten beautiful, well maintained vehicles in our price range. My wife picked out a beautiful Blue Ford Escape in about 10 minutes Chad had us approved with a payment we could afford. Thank you, Bob, Chad, and the rest of the gang for all your help. More

After extensive online research, I contacted Bob to schedule an appointment. The car was immediately prepared on my arrival, and I was able to do a test drive with Doug. The car was in a good condition (no accident, regular maintenance records etc.), so I decided to purchase it. Since I was a bit afraid of taking it home by myself (about 10 miles away from the dealership, but it's been a long time since I used to drive), I asked Bob & Doug whether the car could be delivered home safely with help of any person at the dealership. Very thankfully, Gep & Michael helped me to bring the car to my place. Gep kindly explained additional details about how to use each part of the car, too. Overall, both the quality of cars they have & their attitude toward customers were touching. I highly recommend this dealership. More
