I used to deal with Tony for many years, I guess Tony moved out of the service department. Bob is OK but not as nice as Tony. Bob can have an attitude at times. Makes me feel rushed. On my initial visit for an oil change, I was contacted and told that my vehicle had an oil leak. I was sent a video as “proof,” but the video only showed an employee, Lucas, draining the oil—nothing that and told that my vehicle had an oil leak. I then scheduled an oil diagnostic and was told it would take about one hour. However, when I arrived to drop my vehicle off, I was informed it would actually take all afternoon. I adjusted, arranged a ride home, and waited for an update. After not hearing any communication all day, I called at 5:54 PM and was told, “We close in six minutes, so safe to say you won’t be getting it back today.” My vehicle was kept overnight without my consent, and no alternative transportation was offered. When I picked up my vehicle the next day, Lucas apologized and claimed he had an appointment and told coworkers to notify me, but they failed to do so. I then scheduled the service to fix the oil leak. I made it clear I needed my vehicle back the same day due to work and the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. Lucas assured me that if I dropped the car off at 7:00 AM, it would be completed that day. I followed those instructions and dropped my vehicle off at 7:00 AM. When I called around 4:00 PM for an update, I was told the job would not be finished and that it was a nine-hour job. This was after I had been specifically told the vehicle would be done the same day. When I asked for a rental, Lucas said he made a reservation for me. However, when I arrived at Enterprise, they informed me that they had not spoken to anyone from Jeep and no reservation had been made. Because of these repeated miscommunications and failures to follow through, I have been left without transportation and have had to rely on Uber for multiple trips. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial burden. More
