We have never had a bad experience and they have answered any questions if we had. All of our service will be at Luther. More

Fast and friendly! I was in recently for an oil change and recall repairs. I had excellent service in all areas from drop off, to the courtesy shuttle, and back to pick I was in recently for an oil change and recall repairs. I had excellent service in all areas from drop off, to the courtesy shuttle, and back to pick up. I gave 5 stars because: Dane was super courteous, knowledgeable and handled everything for me at check in even leaving the service area to go track down a shuttle driver for me. The guy driving the shuttle (forgot his name) was super friendly, and prompt too! The work was completed way earlier than expected which was great! Overall, I was very happy with the entire process! Everyone that worked with me and those who worked on Rhonda- yep, my CRV is named Rhonda the Honda! deserve accolades for their excellent work! Job well done everyone!! More

Great employees, and very convenient. I scheduled my Appointment on the app, witch is convenient to see what is available. Always helpful, timely and overall great service dept. Whether it’s oil changes or more in depth warranty or service work, these guys and gals are always helpful and very friendly. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships and the service dept here is probably one of the best. You’re helped immediately when you drive in, they are quick to complete the work needed and they do a great job of keeping the dealership clean and have a lot to offer in the service waiting area. This is also one of the best aspects of this dealership. A very spacious and accommodating area with snacks, drinks, tv, etc. I also appreciate the text messages from the service advisors about updates and things of that nature. From a customer perspective, it doesn’t really get any better when it’s all combined with great staff. A++ In a most recent visit, Dane Fransen really went above and beyond to get my car repaired. With a third party warranty coverage through my lease, the warranty company wasn’t exactly very timely. Dane was very persistent at getting things handled and it really made things effortless for me. Aside from that, Dane was EXCELLENT at giving me updates and following up with me whenever there was new information and progress. This type of customer service can be very difficult to find with how busy dealerships can get. Great job Dane! And thank you! A++ More
