Great experience with one minor disappointment Comfortable and clean lounge area. Time passed quickly! Everyone is so polite and friendly. Questions I had were answered without making me feel dumb. Three words - Luther Honda St. Cloud - or, perhaps five names: Stacey Shegrud, Casey Van Dorn, Dane Fransen, Travis Anderson and Keith Schmeling. I purchased my 2013 Honda Pilot new in May of 2013, and I drive 45 miles to have it serviced by Luther. I have adhered to the recommended service intervals, and Stacey, Casey and Dane have been there for me every time (Travis is a recent arrival I understand), all under Keith's watchful eye, telling me what I do need, AND what I do not need. It is not often you see knowledgeable friendly people with such a record of longevity at an automobile dealership. Thanks for being there for your customers. More

Simplicity and efficient Donnie ekstrom was able to give me a few ideas of what the problem with my Chevy was when I called him about the issues I was having. When I explained Donnie ekstrom was able to give me a few ideas of what the problem with my Chevy was when I called him about the issues I was having. When I explained what was happening to my Chevy to Dane fransen and Travis Anderson he explained to me that the corrosion on the battery was so bad that it needed to be taken care of in order to get it working the way it should and within a couple hours my vehicle was working perfectly. Thank you so much for fast and efficiency to get it done More

Stacy is THE service goddess!! I came in for a simple oil change etc. However, Stacy treated me like I was dropping millions there!! She gave me a loaner car, a gorgeous new Accord, I came in for a simple oil change etc. However, Stacy treated me like I was dropping millions there!!
