Great experience I heard about the St. Cloud Honda dealership through word of mouth and how great it was. I needed my tired rotated and decided to give it a try. The I heard about the St. Cloud Honda dealership through word of mouth and how great it was. I needed my tired rotated and decided to give it a try. They were very easy to get in scheduling wise. Upon entering, I was greeted with smiles and someone coming to help me. The waiting area was spectacular and comforting. When my car was all done I was given a paper that was an overview of my car and the checks they did on the car. I was also able to get a free car wash, which in winter, was great! I will defiantly be returning for my car needs to this specific dealership/service center. More

No charge! I dropped off my daughter's 2007 Civic (233,000 miles) because of an occasional starting problem. Unluckily the problem failed to manifest itself whi I dropped off my daughter's 2007 Civic (233,000 miles) because of an occasional starting problem. Unluckily the problem failed to manifest itself while the car was in the shop, despite diagnostic testing and repeated car starts throughout the day. So Dane didn't charge me for the diagnostic testing - because, he said, "You'll probably end up having to bring the car in again." Obviously I was grateful for the break on the diagnostic-testing charges! More
