Good customer service, good experience When I purchased my CRV, I agreed to have the "Minnesota Package" service agreement put on it and because I had to leave it there for a week, the fina When I purchased my CRV, I agreed to have the "Minnesota Package" service agreement put on it and because I had to leave it there for a week, the finance guy (Ricky?) had promised I could have a loaner car. Dane called me a day or so later...he set up my appointment and double checked on the loaner car. He and I texted back & forth before I came back to pick it up and I let him know about a couple more things I wanted. When I got there, he had everything organized. I was in and out in a very short time, with everything I wanted. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful. It was a good experience, More

Exceptional service - Dane is great! Our 2018 CRV has a dead battery at our home. Dane helped us detect the problem and then went above and beyond by coming out to Becker to jump our car Our 2018 CRV has a dead battery at our home. Dane helped us detect the problem and then went above and beyond by coming out to Becker to jump our car and leave a jump pack for the morning - we think on his own time. We brought it in for service the next Morning and the guys there were also helpful -don’t recall the names sorry. Our loaner was fine -car was repaired within the time indicated -less than 2 hours. Brand new facility. I had a warranty issue and a free scan special. At no charge I had two great service visits in one week. Fast, friendly service.
