Thank you to the outstanding St Cloud Honda Service team members as I was enroute to pick up my daughter and her friend at Trout Lakes camp... and one hour away from St Cloud my Honda Ridgeline had a system members as I was enroute to pick up my daughter and her friend at Trout Lakes camp... and one hour away from St Cloud my Honda Ridgeline had a system emission message appear on the dashboard. I called ahead to Honda, they said to come in and they would check the vehicle. We arrived at 2:30pm, service checked the vehicle out, the Friday before the July 4 weekend, and they committed to change the fuel injectors so we could be back on the road to pick up the two 14 year old girls from camp. Outstanding service, exemplary empathy for our situation, continual feedback as we sat waiting. Excellent and extraordinary service from your team. The dashboard though does not have the mileage status so I will need to take into the Honda dealership in Sioux Falls, otherwise the pickup works great! Thank you. More
