When somebody ask me when and where I was treated bad, this place and this person is gonna be the one ALWAYS in my memory, how humiliating and devastating the experience with this person was. Some people has bad days we all know that, but since you’re up front of a serious company, this attitude should not exist, at all. He actually doesn’t know how to handle situation saying that there’s nobody above him. I’ve never seen that. More
