Great trade in values… but they get you with the monthly payments and take advantage! The monthly payment the dealer accepts you for comes nowhere close to what the bank approves for. It is shady and they do not tell you anything about it.. they allow you to take the new car home and require the purchase agreement be signed so you cannot get out of it once you come back for financing. I brought in my 2024 Kia Niro to service on Monday June 3rd. I was informed it was a bad o2 sensor. After evaluation I was allowed to use my car for a day and a half. Returning it Wednesday June 5th to get 3rd. I was informed it was a bad o2 sensor. After evaluation I was allowed to use my car for a day and a half. Returning it Wednesday June 5th to get worked on. I explained I’d be out of town working until Monday June 17th therefore they would have ample time to address the situation. However it was not addressed the remainder of the week until the following Monday, June 10th. That day I was told my car had a “stored history code” and it was being cleared. Moving forward to Friday, June 14th I was then again mentioned I had a bad o2 sensor in hopes for the part to arrive Saturday, June 15th for competition Monday, June 17th. Count the days. Addressed in the shop June 3rd. Dropped off June 5th - June 17th. A total of exactly 14 days. To just barely get completed in time. I do understand I vocalized the car could be in the shop until June 17th. But let’s think for a moment. What if I wasn’t working out of town? My car was not addressed for five days. Can you imagine bringing your car to a local mechanic and them taking an entire two weeks to complete your car? I don’t think so. When I was told Friday morning, June 14th it might be done Monday I quickly responded with the possibility of receiving a rental car if not completed in time. No response. I truly think the service department has been complained to so many times that it’s simply numb to them. Which is understandable. However it’s hard for me to be positive when I purchased this Kia Niro April 30th and within one month my service engine light goes on. What gets me the most is why was I told I had a bad o2 sensor Friday, June 14th when it was very well informed on June 3rd. You knew this whole time! Why wasn’t it replaced sooner? More

Left my car the for 6 1/2 hours to get a oil change and my window panel looking at because my windows wasn’t rolling down no commutation was giving thought the process and no one answered the phone when I my window panel looking at because my windows wasn’t rolling down no commutation was giving thought the process and no one answered the phone when I called so I had to go out there just to be told my car hasn’t be worked on and can I leave my car there overnight had my car locked ln a garage and no one could find the key for over 30mins almost had me late for work and 6 1/2 hours later my car was not even looked at highly disappointed and will not be returning if asked I will definitely refer my friends and family to another dealership. More

I’ve never been treated so bad in my entire life! The sales manager which was Javier by that time was the worst manager of a place I’ve ever been. I’m used to deal with a lot of people every singl The sales manager which was Javier by that time was the worst manager of a place I’ve ever been. I’m used to deal with a lot of people every single day, and this is a clear exemple of bad actions I can carry for life. When somebody ask me when and where I was treated bad, this place and this person is gonna be the one ALWAYS in my memory, how humiliating and devastating the experience with this person was. Some people has bad days we all know that, but since you’re up front of a serious company, this attitude should not exist, at all. He actually doesn’t know how to handle situation saying that there’s nobody above him. I’ve never seen that. More
