Took my truck in for a charging issue first replaced battery cause it was bad. But a couple days went by and found out alternator was also going out. Took it back in Danielle got it ordered and in. After all was done it was covered by my warranty but there was a small deductible but Danielle waved it for me. It was a quick fix got me and got me out in a timely manner. While I was waiting Angie talked me to me to help time pass. She treat s me like family. When I went to waiting area she came back to see if I wanted anything on the tv. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I need. Then when it came time for paperwork she got it all done and to me in a very quick time. More

Bad at following up and not pleasant to work with. Would have to call daily to try and get an Update on my car they had for an extended period of time. Would get told they would call me back and never did until I escalated the issue. Told me a part had wear and asked me if I wanted a quote for a new part. When I said it was under warranty from them they said the wear isn’t that bad and shouldn’t worry about it now. Had a part they found during an inspection that “needed to be replaced.” Only found out after reviewing the inspection report, they never told me directly. When I confronted them they didn’t have an answer and said they would get back to me with the issue and a quote for a new part, and they never did. More
