Poor customer service. I went there to see about getting My seat belt fixed as my seatbelt would not stay latched at all. Really wish I could have had the guy that answered I went there to see about getting My seat belt fixed as my seatbelt would not stay latched at all. Really wish I could have had the guy that answered my phone call before I showed up but ended up being with Kristen. I knew this would have still been covered under my car warranty but when she looked it up she told me it was no longer covered. I stated that yes it should be and just told me again that it wasn’t. I was just about to leave when a mechanic walked out with her as he heard the conversation and yes my seat belt was covered under my warranty still. Thank you to that mechanic that heard the conversation. The mechanic said that they would get the part ordered and that Kristen would be calling back that night to set up an appointment. I also thought it was weird that they let me drive my vehicle home with a seat belt that was not working. The phone call that night did not happen and I called the next day and she stated that the part would be ordered that night and it would take 1-2 days. I asked about a loaner car as I drive 100 miles a day and drive on 90 most of the time and she asked if I had another vehicle which I do not and she said she had no loaner vehicles available. I then went to ford and spoke to another person in the service department to see if they would pay for a loaner vehicle from another place so i would have a safe vehicle to drive and at that a legal vehicle to drive. He was unsure how that worked but the he worked it out that I was able to get a loaner car (pretty quick actually).He actually sat there and listened to my concerns and helped me solve the problem and made me feel like he cared about his customers. When Kristen just made me feel like I did not know anything and gave off the vibe that she did not want to help what’s so ever. I picked up my car today and the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She had a really happy look on her face and made it seem like the customers come first and not just there for a paycheck. More

Took my truck in for a charging issue first replaced battery cause it was bad. But a couple days went by and found out alternator was also going out. Took it back in Danielle got it ordered and in. Then battery cause it was bad. But a couple days went by and found out alternator was also going out. Took it back in Danielle got it ordered and in. Then I went back and had new alternator in. After all was done it was covered by my warranty but there was a small deductible but Danielle waved it for me. It was a quick fix got me and got me out in a timely manner. While I was waiting Angie talked me to me to help time pass. She treat s me like family. When I went to waiting area she came back to see if I wanted anything on the tv. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I need. Then when it came time for paperwork she got it all done and to me in a very quick time. More

Bad at following up and not pleasant to work with. Would have to call daily to try and get an Update on my car they had for an extended period of time. Would get told they would call me back and never did until I escalated the issue. Told me a part had wear and asked me if I wanted a quote for a new part. When I said it was under warranty from them they said the wear isn’t that bad and shouldn’t worry about it now. Had a part they found during an inspection that “needed to be replaced.” Only found out after reviewing the inspection report, they never told me directly. When I confronted them they didn’t have an answer and said they would get back to me with the issue and a quote for a new part, and they never did. More
