My car was first brought in for recall back up camera and back up sensor repair. When I called about the recall I was told that from what I described they would just replace the back up camera for the recall back up sensor repair. When I called about the recall I was told that from what I described they would just replace the back up camera for the recall and then get into the back up sensors. Once the car was there they informed me the camera was not available. The primary reason for the service was very frustrating. So now I have the car in shop and might as well fix the back up sensors, which was completed and working now. Then I picked up my car to find out the A/C was not working when it was working fine when I drove it in that day. Again very frustrating picking up the car at 5pm on a Friday to find something else is wrong when I brought it in and it was working. Left message with dealership about issue with no call back at all. The following Tuesday after not hearing back from the shop about my message of the A/C not working. I call the shop and the soonest they can get it in is Thursday. Drop the vehicle off and get a call once they get it in shop to an estimate of up to $2000 to replace A/C compressor and clutch. For a car that was working previously now I have a $2k bill to figure out. Have taken to my normal mechanic and got a $800 estimate for the same work. Will not recommend or bring any vehicles back to this shop. More
