Explained every detail thoroughly and made sure I understood everything, while at the same time being mindful of my schedule/time. Excellent experience. Nora Bullock - BDC Manager, is the sole reason I came over to Circle after 15 years with another BMW dealership. Her ability to be patient with me but still get me what I needed when I needed it, was huge. She used all her resources and team in relentless fashion but never gave me anything but fantastic customer service. More
