Recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 bmw from this location. Process started out smooth, but once I signed the contract the issues began. For starters, I was trading in a car in which title was i this location. Process started out smooth, but once I signed the contract the issues began. For starters, I was trading in a car in which title was in a family members name. Before closing, we asked if this was an issue and that if need be, we could transfer title within a day or two. We were told that it was no issue and had no impact on sales tax. Closed on the car, reviewed the financials documents. The "Taxable Amount" deducted the trade-in, but the sales tax number was still high and when calculated, did not deduct the trade in. When I brought this up to finance, their response was "well we didn't tell you that". Eventually, they realized they messed up on the Taxable amount calculation and sent me a refund, but this left a bad taste. Now to the "certified pre owned" vehicle. Immediately after taking the car off the lot, I noticed a loud wind sound from the trunk once you went over 55 mph (something I did not do during the test drive). Took the car to another dealer, and it was pointed out that the windshield was replaced, and not put on correctly. There was a large gap at the top of the windshield that was allowing wind and rain to get in. Not sure how this passed the certified test from this dealership. Daniel was able to get these issues solved, but between the finance issue and issue with the car, I would steer clear of this dealership. More
