I recently Got my GLE 53 AMG from Crown Mercedes. They just started importing this model this year and the car is beyond amazing. It has technology that I didn't dream even existed. When I called the CEO, he referred me to Larry Chapman, who was the most knowledgeable regarding the AMG line. Larry told me exactly what to order when we were building my car and it couldn't have turned out more amazing. I've bought a lot of cars over my life, but I've never had a better, more first class experience. My law partner, who is a collector also had a "best ever" experiece buying a car from Laary. We give Larry our highest recommendation and we loved our Crown Mercedes experience. Thanks also to Daniel Bellemare who also took time to make us feel like royalty. I'll never shop anywhere else! It ranks as one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car from anyone at any dealership. Both Crown and Larry were exceedingly professional through the negotiation and the purchase. They were transparent on pricing, low pressure on sales tactics, and exceptionally considerate and accommodating of my tight schedule. Larry went the extra mile in all aspects of the transaction, including making sure that the car was in absolutely flawless condition for delivery. I will be a long time customer of both Larry and Crown Eurocars, and they will certainly be my first call the next time I am in the market for a Mercedes.
