I don’t even know where to begin with how highly I think of this place! About 7 years ago I walked into this same dealership and it felt stuffy and uncomfortable. Well, fast forward 7 years and GM Daniel Mo of this place! About 7 years ago I walked into this same dealership and it felt stuffy and uncomfortable. Well, fast forward 7 years and GM Daniel Morris, sales manager Daniel Bellemare, the finance department Jessica Scarboro and the ridiculously efficient Rob Wilson, the best salesman ever Mo, the calm-cool-thorough Tony Citron (who even answered my text while he was on vacation!), and let’s not forget Tim and Shelley in service (my 2020 GTR caught a nail in a tire and I was outfitted with a loaner in 5 minutes and never haggled by the tire and rim insurance or dealership one time despite only having it less than a month). My particular transaction was unlike anything most of them have ever come across and there was a slight delay in the wire transfer. Not once did anyone question the authenticity or sincerity of my interests in the vehicles and all the while they made me feel like part of the family. To add icing on the cake they even graciously patronized my family’s business. I could go on and on until I have blisters on my fingers but I’ll sum it all up as “WOW!” Sure, it’s easy to work at a place that sells a great product like Mercedes Benz but it is impossible to fake sincerity and appreciation for customers’ business and this is what you will always get at Crown Eurocars. More

So were his bosses, Dan and Dan, and the financial services manager, Marc Israel. I want to particularly single out Larry Chapman, who spent a significant amount of time going through all the options available and explaining the pluses and minuses of each. He went with us on a couple of test drives and then, when my son-in-law came later, he also took him out on a test drive. I would unhesitatingly recommend Larry and Crown Eurocars to anyone else interested in a Mercedes. It was definitely a 5-star sales experience for me. More

This dealership "really gets-it" when it comes to service and experience. TAKE NOTES OTHER DEALERSHIPS THAT DO NOT WANT TO PULL CARS OUT OF THE SHOWROOM FOR TEST DRIVES.!! When I buy I want to come in and see a large selection, drive multiple cars, get the numbers, and get through paper work quickly and be on my way.
